526) the said Nicholas Sporne doth Covenant and grant to and with the said William Nicholls his heires and Assignes that he the said William Nicholls his heires and Assignes shall from henceforth peaceably and quietly have hold possess and enjoy the afores.d three pcells of Lands and their appurtenances and every part thereof without the let suit Trouble deniall disturbance Expulsion or interruption of him the said Nicholas Spornes his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or ^from^ any other person or persons whatsoever And that the said land and p.rmises is discharged from all other bargaines sailes Gifts grants Leases Statutes recognizances Extents Judg.ts & all Charges Estates Titles Troubles and incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted Suffered or done or to be had made Comitted Suffered or done by the said Nicholas Sporne his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs or Any of them or by any other person or psons whatsoever provided Allways and it is nevertheless Covenanted Concluded Condescended and agreed by and between the sd parties to these p.rsents And the sd W.m Nicholls his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs doth Covenant and grant to and with the said Nicholas Sporne his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs that if the sd Nich.o Sporne his Adm.rs or Assignes the sum of fifty and six pounds thirteen shillings and six pence of Good and lawfull Money of England within one yeare after the date of these p.rsents And also pay or Cause to be paid unto the sd William Nicholls his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs the sum of fifty and six pounds Nineteen Shillings & eleven pence |
