       surveyor of the said County Coming upon ^y.e^ land Called
       Majors Lott did begin at a bounded oake which was
       proved to be bounded for the last bounded tree of
       Major Nich.o Sewells Land at the resurvey thereof
       and Consequently the first bounded tree of Majors
       Lott it having never as well Could finde any Certaine
       bounded Tree before Assigned it and run from
       thence west four hundred and twenty pches but
       not finding the bounded tree wee Continued the
       s.d West Course two hundred forty six perches
       where Coll.o Ninean Beale did declare upon
       his Oath stood a bounded hickory which he
       bounded by the order of Charles Butler then
       surveyor for a bounded tree for a Tract of
       Land Called Chelsey and afterwards for a bounded
       Tree of Majors Lott and Edward Dawson shewed
       us two sliped trees which upon his oath he did
       declare the said Coll.o Ninean Beale shewed him
       some years before any difference Concerning the
       said Tract of land to be the place where the said
       bounded hicckory did stand from thence wee did run
       according to pattent south three hundred pches
