       but not finding the bounded Tree wee Continued or Course
       two hundred pches which brought us to a bounded red
       Oake which the said Coll Beale did declare upon his
       Oath to be the bounded tree of perrywood and the Land
       Called Chelsey and the Land of W.m Ray Called Beals hunting
       Quarters as also the bounded tree of Majors Lott from thence
       we sett a Course ^East^ and by south but found the same to run into
       the Land of W.m Ray being a more ancient survey therefore
       wee altered our said Course and run with the said Rays Land
       East north east four degrees Easterly Two hundred and ten pches
       to his bounded red oake being the bounded tree of w.m Rays
       Land as also a Tract of land of John Demalls and thence we
       Contrived our Course East north East four degrees Northerly
       two hundred pches which brought us to a bounded white oake
       which Coll.o Beale did declare to be ^a^ bounded Tree of John Demalls  
       as also Majors Lott from thence wee run south according to
       Pattent sixty perches and thence East north east one hundred
       pches And thence with a straight line to the first bounded Tree
       In running of which Lines by the best information wee
       Could have wee run into no former nor more ancient
       Resurveys  Given under our hands and seales this 27.th
       day of september anno 1700
