       Whereas as Coll Ninnian Beale upon his
       Petion to the Justices of prince Georges
       County Courte hath Lately obtained a
       warrant to Resurvey a Track of Land
       Called Majors Lott haveing sett out in
       the said Petition that he Request the
       Resurvey thereon to be made to be as
       well according to a former Resurvey
       thereof as to the Originall Pattent In
       obedience thereunto the sherriffe of the
       said County hath Caused the same to be
       this Day Resurveyed by Twelve good
       and Lawfull men of the visenage
       viz.t M.r Samuell Maggrunder M.r
       John Browne M.r Anthony Drayne
