       Whereas m.r Richd marsham upon his peticon
       to the Justices of prince Georges County Court
       hath Lately obtained a warrant to resurvey a tract
       of Land Called mount pleasant haveing sett
       out in the said peticon that the bounds of sd
       Land is altogather uncertaine in Obedience
       thereto the sher of the said County haveing
       Caused the same to be surveyed by twelve
       Good and Lawfull men of the vissinage by him
       unpanelled and sworne togather w.th the
