       Whereas m.r Richard Marsham upon his petition
       to the Justices of Prince Georges County Court
       hath Lately obtained a warrant to resurvey a
       certaine tract of Land Called mount pleasant
       haveing sett out in the said peticon that the
       bounds of the said Land is altogather uncertain
       in Obedience thereunto the sher of the said Coty
       Hath Caused the same to be this day surveyed
       by twelve men of a Jury by him unpanelled &
       sworne togather w.th the survey.r who comeing
       upon the said Land Did begin at an oake stump
       being the reputed begining of the said tract of
       Land where they caused a white oake saplin to be
       bounded from thence runing west three hundred
