501) of the same County who comeing upon the said Land Did Resurvey the same but by reason of the Due proofe to the Last bounded tree the said returne pved Erronious soe that the said pet.r prayed againe that he might have annother warrent to resurvey the same Land and haveing upon his petition obtained in Obedience thereto have againe Caused the same to be resurveyed by twelve Good and Lawfull men of these visinage togather w.th the surv.r of the same County who Comeing upon the sd Land Did begin on an oake stump being the reputed begining of the said tract of Land where the former Jury Caused a w.t oake saplin to be bounded from thence runing west three hundred and twenty ps neare to where the former Jury bounded a hickory from thence runing n.o and by East two hundred and twenty ps but finding no bound tree still returned the same Conuse Eighteen ps further w.ch brought us to an antient Line of Jn.o Tates Land and from thence we run w.th the said Tates Land being nominated in their cert to bind wth the Land of mount pleasant and runing East to putuxent river side to an old stump being neere a house that is Called nath Smiths Store house w.ch was proved by two Evidences w.m powell and Col nenian Beale as neare as they will Guise to be the bound tree of M.t pleasant and tates land thence runing Downe the said putuxent river side to the first bounded tree w.ch we Doe Judge to be the ancient meets |
