50 it Intersect a parte of Land Called my lords guift then runing and Bounding on the said Land south one Degree more westerly one hundred and twenty Eight perches from thence Runing and Bounding by a streight Lyne to the bounded tree Containeing and now Layd out for foure hundred acres more or Less to have and to hold the said Land and p.rmisses togather with all and singuler the woods under woods timber trees pastures medows and all other the appurtenences whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any ways appertaineing unto him the said Amos Garrett his heires and assignes for Ever in as full and ample manner as he the said Coll.o Henry Jowles by vertue of his Lord pro.rs Grant could or might have Done to the onlye proper use and behoofe of him the said Amos Garrett his heires and assignes and to noe other use Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said lott Henry Jowles for himselfe and his heires Doth hereby Covenant promise Grant and agree to and w.th the said Amos Garrett his heires and assignes that he the said Coll Henry Jowles shall at all times from hence fourth and from time to time acquitt and discharge other wise save and Keep harmelis as well the said Amos Garrett as also all the said Lands and tenem.ts and all other the pmises within menconed to be bargained or sold or Covenanted to be Conveyed as af.d w.th the appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof of and from all former Bargaines seales Joynturs Dowers titles of Dower statutes Judgments Recognizances Rent Charges Arreareages of Rent forfitures and all other Charges and Incomberances |
