       and second of the same Tenor & date Not being paid pay or
       Cause to be paid unto M.r Thomas Hutchins or ord.r the sume
       of Thirteen pounds sterl Make Good payment & place
       the same to Acc.o of S.r

To M.r Walcott Hobson at M.r
    Bundyes a packer over ag.t the             Alex Lumley
    Windmill in Loath buryes
                                                      on the Back of the aforegoing Bill
                                                      was thus Endorsed viz.t

                                     Pay the Contents hereof unto Mess.rs ^Richard^ Haynes and
                                     Company or their ord.r its mine
                                                                            Tho Hutchins


            This Indenture Made the Twelveth day of January Anno
            Dom 1698 and in the tenth yeare of the reigne of our sovereigne
       Lord William the Third of England &c Between
       Elizabeth Copley of London Widow of the one parte
       and Norton Bryan of London M.rch.t of the other part
       Witnesseth That for and in Consideracon of the sume
       of Ten shillings of Lawfull money of England to her the
       said Elizabeth Copley in hand paid by the sd Norton Bryan
       at & before the sealing & delivery of these p.rsents the
       Receipt whereof she Doth hereby acknowledge & herselfe
       to be theirwith fully satisfied and thereof doth acquitt
       Release & Discharge the said Norton Bryan his heirs exec.rs
       adm.rs & assignes & every of them for ever by these p.rsents
       Have Granted bargained & sold & by these p.rsents
