       Deliver as alsoe to appoynt any pson or represent in
       all or any Court or Courts and before all Judges Justices or
       others as demandant or Deft in any suite accon or
       appeale for or by reason of the premisses Likewise
       atto.ry or atto.rys one or More under him to sett and
       substitute & att pleasure to revoake & all & singular
       Matters & things touching the pemisses requisite and
       Necessary to be done sd acted & performed as fully and
       Effectually to all intents and purposes as he the sd Benj.a
       Scrivner Might or could doe were he personally psent
       as in & by the sd recited Letter of Atto.ry relacon being
       thereunto had may More at Large appeare if therefore
       the said Benj.a Scrivner doe Not or shall Not at any
       time or times hereafter revoake or disannull y.e above
       recited letter of Atto.ry Nor the power & authority
       thereby given & Granted to the sd Thomas Tench
       Butt doe & shall from Time to Time & at all Times
       hereafter Avow & Justifye all & every act & acts
       thing and things whatsoever w.ch he y.e said Thomas
       Tench or any other pson or psones by his Commande
       direction or appoyntem.t shall doe or Cause to be
       done in & aboute the said pemisses by vertue of the
       above recited Letter of Attorney That then this psent
       above Written obligation to be voide and of None
       Effect otherwise to stand in full power force and
       vertue
