       doth Grant bargaine and sell unto the sd Norton Bryan
       Att that plantation Tract or parcell of Land w.th the
       appurtences Containing Estimation one Thousand acres
       be the same More or less scituate lying & being in the
       County of Baltemore in Maryland in America w.thin
       his Maj.tyes dominions heretofore in the occupation of
       Rob.t Boerman or his assignes & Now in the occupation
       of the said Elizabeth Copley or her assignes and the
       Revercon & Revercons remander or remainders rents
       Issues & proffitts of all & singuler the premisses afsd
       and all the Estate right Title interest possession Inheritance
       Clayme and demand whatsoever of her the said Elisabeth
       Copley of in and to the same & every part thereof & allsoe
       all & every Charters Deeds writeings & Evidences touching
       or Concerning the said premisses Now in the hands power or
       possession of the said Eliz.a Copley or any other p.rson or
       p.rsons in Trust for her or w.ch she can or may come by w.th
       out suite at Law To Have & to Hold the said plantacon
       Tract or pcell of Land hereditaments & premisses
       herein before Bargained and sold or Menconed or intended
       to be herein or hereby Granted bargained & sold
       with the appurtences unto the sd Norton Bryan his
       exec.rs adm.rs and assignes from the Day of the date of
       these p.rsents for and during the full Terme & Time of one
       whole Yeare from thence next ensueing & fully to be
       complete & Ended Yeilding and paying therefore on
       the feast day of S.t Michaell the arch angell Next
       Ensueing the date hereof one pepper Corne onely (if
       the same shall be Lawfully Demanded)  To the intent
       and purpose that the sd Norton Bryan may by virtue
       hereof and of the statute for Transferring of
       use into possession be actually possessed & Interested
