       of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining To
       have and to hold the said Land  tenements and
       P.rmises afd with their appurtences unto the said
       Charles Stevens his Heires and Assignes forever
       and to his and their only Propper use and behoofe
       forever and his said Ex.cy Collonel Nathaniel
       Blakiston for the said Hugh Sheild and Ellianor
       his Wife doth Grant and Covenant to and with
       the said Charles Stevens his heires and Assignes
       that they the said Hugh Sheild and Ellianor his
       Wife and their heires the aforesaid bargained
       P.rmises with the appurtences unto the said Charles
       Stevens his heires and Assignes forever against
       them the said Hugh Sheild and Ellianor his Wife
       and ag.t all other Persons whatsoever Claiming by
       from and under them the said Hugh Sheild and Ellianor
       his Wife their heires or Assignes or from the said
       Michaell Taylor will forever warr.t and defend
       And further that the said Hugh Sheild and Ellianor
       his Wife and their heires shall and will upon the
       Request and Charges in the Law of the said Charles Stevens
       his Heires and Assignes make do sufer acknowledge
       and Execute any further Conveyance or Conveyances
       Assureance or Assureances in the law for the better
       Conveying and Assuring the afd Lands and Premises unto
       him the said Charles Stevens his heires and Assignes for
       ever as by their Councell Learned in the law shall be
       Reasonably advised Devised or required  In witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have interchangeably
       set their hands and seales the day and yeare
       first above written
