       Hugh Sheild and Elianor his Wife and their
       Execut.rs and adm.rs Doth acquit and Exonate the
       said Charles Stevens his Heires Ex.rs and adm.rs
       by these p.rsents hath and doth grant
       Bargaine Sell Enfeoff Release and Confirme
       unto the said Charles Stevens his Heires and
       Assignes forever all the Right Title interest
       trust Claime and Demand whatsoever of them
       the said Hugh Sheild and Ellianor his wife
       and their Heires of in and unto all that Tract
       or pcell of Land Called the friendship lying in
       the said County about two miles from the head
       of Annarundell River in the Woods beginning
       at at a bounded Hickory and Running E and
       by N one hundred perches to a bounded White
       Oake standing in the Line of the Land of Rich.d
       Warfeild Called Warfields Forrest then south
       and by West one hundred thirty and five perches
       to the West lyne of the Land of Peter Porter
       Called Hare Hill Then with the line of the said
       Land W one hundred forty four perches
       to a bounded white oake being a Northerne bounded
       Tree of the said Land then with a streight line
       to the first bounded Tree Containing and laid out
       for one hundred Acres more or less together with
       all houses Woods Pattents deeds Papers ways Rights
       Benefitts priveledges and appurtences Whatsoever
       (Royall mines Excepted) To the said Tract or pcell
