       att.ry Irevocable for him & in his Name & to his use & behoofe
       to aske demands Leavy sue for recover & receive of & from
       Thomas Freeman of the Citty of London in the Kingdome of
       England Brewer and of and from all & every other p.rson whatsoever
       that stood any wayes indebted to him in any wise all
       such sume & sumes of Money goods wares M.rchandizes effects
       rents & things whatsoever whither due by Bill Bond writeing
       Legaly acco.tt reckoning contract Bargaine sale assignem.t
       or other wise Nothing Excepted Nor reserved & allsoe
       possess and recover to his use all such Estate reall & pesonall
       whatsoever in England afsd belonging or in any wise appertayning
       to him the sd Benj.a and upon Non payment refuseall
       or denyall of surrender or delivery of possession or
       sattisfaction thereof the sd pson or p.rsons debtors adm.rs or
       possessions to sue dispossess & Eject & possession thereof to
       be taken & received in the Name & to the use of him the

       first and best oppertunity presenting to Make Retorne
       to him into Maryland afsd of the proceed & Effects of the
       pemisses or any Parte thereof w.th Just and Trew acco.tts for
       the same & of the Transaccons & Managem.t there upon
       Giveing & Granting unto the sd Tho Tench full power &
       authority to sue arrest Attach implead prosecute Condemne
       imprison & out of prison againe to release & Discharge &

       Thomas Tench should seeme Meete & Convenient and
