(372) This Indenture made the this Deed thirtenth Day of august anno Dn 1700 should been and in the 12.th yeare of the reigne Entred in fo of our Sovereigne Lord king W.m the third by 378 WT the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland king Defender of the fayth &c Between Richard Burk of the parrish of S.t Gillies in the feild in the County of midllx Gent and alie his wife of the one part and John Gandy of the pcsh of Stepney in the said County of midlesex ^marriner^ of the other part Witnesseth that y.e said Rich.d Burk for and in Consideracon of the sume of one hundred and sixty pounds of free and Lawfull money of England to him in hand paid by the said John Gandy at ^or^ and before the ensealeing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he Doth hereby acknowledge and himselfe therew.th ^fully^ sattisfied and thereof and of Every part thereof Doth hereby acquitt release Dan Discharge the said Jn.o Gandy his heires Execut.rs Adm.rs and assignes and Every of them by these psents they the said Rich.d Burk and alce his wife have & Each of them hath Granted bargained sold alliened released and confirmed and by these psents Doe and Each of them Doth |
