       Doth Grant bargaine sell alleine
       release and Confirme unto the said
       John Gandy in his actuall possession
       now being by vertue of a Bargaine &
       Sale for one ^year to him^ thereof made by the said
       Rich.d Burk and alie his wife by indenture
       bareing Date the Day Next before the Date
       of these presents and of the statute for transsferring
       uses in possession) and to his heires &
       assignes all that Tract or pcell of Land
       Called read bourne Lyeing on the East Side
       of Chesepick bay and on the East side of
       a river in the said bay Called Chester river
       begining at a marked oake standing
       by a marsh respecting Sewalls point to
       the west runing north East up the river
       for Breadth five hundred ps to a marked
       pursimon tree by a Creek Called the herring
       Creek bounding on the South by a Line
       Drawne South East and by East from the
       first marked oake by the marsh for Leng.th
       three hundred and Twenty P.s on the East
       by a Line Drawne north East from the
       End of the south East and by East Line
       untill it intersect a parralelle Drawne from
       the Creek Called the Herring creek on the
       north w.th the said Creek on the west w.th y.e
       said river Cont.a and now Laid out for
       one thousand acres more or Less
