       covenant grant and agree to and with
       the said Rob.t Johnston his heires Ex.rs
       Adm.rs and assignes That he the said
       Edward Batson the aforesaid parcell
       of Land and premisses with the appurtenances
       unto the said Rob.t Johnston
       his heires and assignes and to and for
       his and theire own proper use and
       behoofe as aforesaid from and ag.t him
       the said Edward Batson his heires and
       assignes and from and ag.t all and Every
       other person and persons whatsoever
       shall and will warrant and for
       Ever hereafter by these presents
       Defend  And the said Edward Batson
       for himselfe his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs
