352) Robert Johnston his heires and Assignes shall and may from hencefourth and for Ever Lawfully peaceably and quiettly have hold use occupy possesse and Injoy the aforesaid parcell of Land and premisses with the appurtenances without any Lett Suite Trouble Disturbance or Interruption of him the said Edward Batson his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or any other person or persons whatsoever and that free and Cleare from all Manner of former and other gifts grants Bargains sales Leases Dowers wills and all other Incombrances whatsoever had made suffered done or assented unto by the said Edward Batson his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes or any other person or persons whatsoever (the Rents and Services from henceforth due and payable to the Cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees only Excepted and foreprized) And Further the said Edward Batson his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs shall and will att all times within ^seaven^ yeares after the Date of these presents att the proper cost and charges in the Law of him the said Robert Johnston make do acknowledge Execute and suffer att and Every such further and other Reasonable Act and Acts Devise and Devises assureance requesite and Necessary in the Law for the further |
