       And agree to and with the said Tho and
       John theire and Either of theire Heires Ex.rs adm.rs
       or assignes that if the said Tho or John or Either
       of them theire or Either of theire heires Ex.rs or adm.rs
       shall or will pay or Cause to be paide to the
       said Charles his Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes the said
       Principall sume or Quantity of Tobacco att
       or before the Twelfth day of February which
       shall be in the yeare of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and Three with Legall interest
       for soe long time as the same shall be
       unpaide nott Exceeding three yeares from
       the Date thereof and in Case of failzure
       of the yearely payment  of the said interest
       then to allow att the Exipiracon of the said
       Three yeares legall interest likewise
       thereon the said Principall sume or Quantity
       of Tobacco with the Interest as aforesaid
       to be paid as aforesaid in some one River
       in the said County of Baltemore and
       within one Mile of the watter att Most
       in good Caske weighing neate Each Five
       hundred pounds of Tobacco or in Money
       sterling by good and sufficient bills of Exchange
       to be Drawne att or before the Expiracon
       of the said Terme att thirty dayes sight
       upon some Reasonable person in London
       whoe shall Duely accept and pay the same
       according to the Tenor thereof att the rate of
       Ten shillings of Every hundred weight of
       Tobacco of the said Principall and interest
       and to be att the Election of the said Charles
       which he will receive the Tobacco soe
