337 Terme of three yeares now next Ensueing the Date thereof doe macke acknowledge suffer and Execute or cause to be made Done acknowledged fu suffered and Executed all and Every such further and other Act and Acts thing and things assureances and Conveyances as by the said Charles Carroll his heires and Assignes or his or theire Councell learned in the Law shall be from time to time reasonable Devised or Advised for the further and better assurances surety and sure makeing of all and singular the premisses before bargaind and sold or intended to be hereby bargaind and sold And further the said Tho Richardson and John Richardson for themselves and theire heires doe hereby Covenant to and with the said Charles Carroll his heires and assignes that they the said Thomas Richardson and John Richardson and theire heires shall and will for Ever hereafter warrant and Defend the afd Two Tracts of Land all all other the premisses before bargaind and sold or intended to be hereby bargaind and sold unto him the said Charles Carroll his heires and assignes against all Manner of persons claimeing or to clame any right Title or interest thereunto or in any parte or parcell thereof Provided alwayes and it is the True intent and meaneing of these psents and the said Charles to that purpose doth for himselfe and his heires Covenant |
