       as aforesaid Quallified on the said Money
       soe as aforesaid to be paid in as much as he
       Can now Terme the said Tobacco to a greater
       Advantage that then and in such Case this
       present Deed and all and Every the Covenants
       therein Containd shall be void and of noe
       Effect and itt shall be then be lawfull to
       and for the said Tho Richardson and John
       Richardson theire Heires or Assignes unto
       the before bargaind premisses and into Every
       parte and parcell thereof to re-enter and
       the same to have againe repossess and Enjoy
       as in theire former Estate any thing herein
