       Came George Thompson into Courte and
       acknowledged the w.thin Menconed Convayance
       to be his Act and Deed and that the
       Right to the w.thin Menconed Land
       now in the within named W.m Taylard
       his heires and assignes for Ever as of the
       Guift of the said George Thompson
