       Lawfully Claimeing by from or under
       him them or any of them shall and
       Will Warrant and for Ever Defend
       the before Mentioned premisses unto the
       aforesaid W.m Taylard his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs
       and assignes for Ever according to the
       True intent plaine and honest meaneing
       of the before Menconed premisses to
       all Intents and purpose whatsoever
       In Witness wheareof the before Menconed
       George Thompson to this Present Indenture
       hath hereunto sett his hand and
       fixed his seale the Day and year above
       specified
