       all people that on the Sixtenth Day of
       Septemb.r and Ano Dm 1700 and in the 12.th yeare

       admited and sworne Dwelling in London
       and in the psence of the witnesses hereafter
       named psonally appeared Benj.a Heatley
       and Geo Wellthrope of London afd merch.ts
       and have made ordained and Constituted
       and by these presents Doe make ordaine
       and Constitute John Brice of maryland
       march.t at present in London and Designed
       for maryland afd and in Case of his Death
       or absence Coll Jn.o Hamond and in case
       of his mortallity or absence his son Jn.o
