       and further it is mutually Covenanted
       Promised Granted and agreed by and between
       all the ptyes to these psents for themselves
       severally and for the severall and respective
       heires Ex.rs and adm.rs of them and Each &
       Every of them respectively that all that above
       menconed tract or pcell of Land Caled midle
       neck said to Lye in Chesepick bay on the Eastrn
       side of the sd bay and in a creek in the said bay called
       Fendalls creek on the west side of the sd Creek then
       said to containe and be Laid out for one hundred
       and Fifty acres more or Less saved out of the sd
       partition and Devision soe as afd made shall by
       them the sd ptyes or by such of them as shall have
       the whole bequeathed right to the same be Granted
       assigned assured unto and Robt Francis a minor
       now under age of one and twenty yeares son of
       maj.r Tho.s Francis Late of Ann arundell County
       Decd to have to hold to him the said Robert
       and the heires of his body to be begotten and
       for want of such Issue the remainer to the
       next male heires of Richard Hill Esq.r Decd
       which shalby birth bare the name of Hill
       to have and to hold to him and his heires for Ever
       in witness whereof the ptyes first above named
       have to these psents Interchangably sett ye
       hands and seales the Day and yeare first above
