301 and at all times hereafter well & truely pformed sattisfie and pay to the Lord prop.ry of whome ^all^ the Premeses are holden all such services Quitt rents and Fines for allienacones shall at any time hereafter become Due for the above recited tract or pcell of Land soe alloted and appointed to him the sd Joseph Hill for his third part and proportion as afd in manner as the same are reserved and the sd Henry Hill for himselfe hes heires Ex.rs adm.rs Doth covenant promise and grant to and with the said Richard ^Hill^ party to these psents and Joseph Hill & Each of them severally and to and with the heires Ex.rs and adm.rs of them and Each of them severally and respectively by these psents that he the sd Henry Hill his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter well and truely performe satisfye and pay to the Lord prop.ry of whome all the pmises are holden all such services quitt rent & fines for allienacon as shall at any time hereafter become Due for all & every or any of the above receited tracts or pcells of Land soe alloted or appointed to the sd Henry hill for his third part & pporcon as afd in manner as the same are severally and respectively reserved and |
