       Baltemore County afd butted and bounded
       as afd and said to Containe or be Laid
       out for three hundred acres of Land more
       or Less and allsoe all that that above
       receited tract or Pcell of Land Called
       maiden head in Cecill County afd butted
       and bounded as afd and said to Containe
       or be Laid Out for two hundred acres more
       or Less and now more  Now this Indenture
       witnesseth that they the said three brothers
       Richard Joseph and Henry Hill are fully
       sattisfied Contented and agreed with the
       said partition and Devision soe made as
       afd and Doe hereby for themselves severally
       and for their severall and respective heires
       of them and of Each and Every of them
       assent Consent and agree unto the same
       Accordingly and for the more firme and
       sure Confirmacon and rattification of the
       said partition and Devision soe made as
       aforesaid and of avoyding all ambiguitys
       Doubts wariances and Contentions which
       may hereafter chance to arrise Touching &
       Concerning the same it is herby Covenanted
       Pmised Granted and agreed by and between
       the severall and for the severall
       and respective heires Executors and adm.rs
       of them and of Each and Every of them
       Respectively in manner and forme
       folowing that is to say that the said
