       soe as afd made saveing what is before

       Deemed accounted Esteemed and taken to be
       as Good firme Effectuall and available in
       Law to all intents and purposses whatsoever
       as any Devision or partition might or Could
       have been made in any manner of ways w.tsoever
       and howsoever  And the said Joseph and Henry
       for themselves severally and for the severall
       and respective heires Ex.rs & adm.rs of them and
       of Either of them severally and respectively Doe
       Covenant Grant and agree to and with the
       said Richard Hill his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs and to
       and with Every of them by these psents that he y.e
       said Richard Hill his heires and assignes and
       Every of them shall and may from time to time &
       at all times hereafter have hold and Enjoy from
       them the said Joseph and Henry Hill and their heirs
       of them & of Each of their Decided in severalty
       & not in Jointure for his first whole and Entire third
       part and portion of all and singuler the Lands
       Tenem.ts & p.rmises so to them the said Rich.d Joseph
       and Henry ^Hill Joyntly^ Given Devised and bequeathed by their
       said father Rich.d Hill Decd as afd & in full recompence
       thereof and of Every part thereof saveuing
       what is before saved and all & singuler the tracts or
       pcells of Land and Pmises with the premises appurtences

       appointed and sett fourth for the particuler third
