       and Thirty Acres of Land more or Less
       and alsoe all that above receited tract or
       parcell of Land Caled west quarter in
       the afd County of Ann Arundell butted and
       bounded as afd and said to Containe or be
       Laid out for One hundred Acres of Land
       more or Less and noe more and that he y.e
       the said Joseph Hill the Second brother
       shall have hold and Enjoy to him and his
       heires for Ever in severalty as his full and
       whole one particuler third part and proportion
       belonging to him of the pmises saveing
       what is before saved the Only and pticuler
       tract hereafter specefyed (viz.t) all that
       above receited tract or Pcell of Land Called
       Hills Forrest in baltemore County afd
       butted and bounded as afd and said to containe
       or be Laid out for one thousand acres more
       or Less and no more and that he the said Hen.r
       Hill the third brother shall have hold and enjoy
       to him and his heires for Ever in severalty as
       his owne full and whole particuler third
       part and proportion belonging to him of ye
       pmises saveing what is before saved the
       severall tracts next herinafter menconed
       viz.t all that above receited tract or Pcell
       of Land Called Suffolk in Dorchester County
       Great Choptank river in Talbott County afd
       butted and bounded as afd and said to Containe
       and be Laid out for six hundred acres of Land
       more or Less and alsoe all that above receited
       tract or Pcell of Land Called pearch
       meddow said to Containe bee in Talbott
