       Midleneck Lyeing as as afd in baltemore
       County which said tract is still to remaine
       in Joynture to them all three to be Disposed
       of by Joynt and mutuall Consent
       as hereinafter sett fourth in manner &
       forme following that is to say that he
       the said Richard Hill the Elder
       Brother shall have hold and Enjoy to
       him and his heires for Ever in severalty
       as is full and Owne whole Pticuler
       third part and proportion belonging to
       him of the same premises saveing w.t
       is before saved the severall tracts next
       hereafter menconed viz.t all that above
       receited tract or parcell of Land Called
       Come by Chance in Ann Arundell County
       afd butted and bounded as afd and
       said to Containe and be Layd out for
       two hundred and Fowerteen acres of
       acres of Land more or Less Except
       the fifty acres ^p.rt^ thereof as before Excepted
       and alsoe that above receited tract or
       pcell of Land Called the addicon in the
       said County of Ann Arundell butted &
       bounded as aforesaid and said to Contain
       and be Laid out for forty ^Eight^ Acres of

       that above receited tract or pcell of
       Land Called the widows addicon in y.e
       said County of Ann Arundell butted
