       sett forth containeing and layd out for one hundred
       and Fifty Acres more or less and being soe seized as
       aforesayd of the p.rmisses with their and every of their
       appurtenances the said Richard Hill the father
       by his Last will and Testament bareing Date
       the Twentyeth day of October in the yeare
       of our Lord One Thousand seaven hundred after
       severall other Guifts bequest and Devices Did
       Give and bequeath all and singuler the said
       Lands and premises and Heredittam.ts before
       menconed with the appurtenances to the said
       Richard Hill Joseph Hill and Henry Hill his
       three sones and their Heires for Ever by the
       name of all the rest of his Lands as in and
       by the said Last will and Testam.t of the
       said Richard Hill the father may appeare
       thereby all and singuler the premises are now
       Lawfully vested in the said Richard Hill Jos
       Hill and Henry Hill partyes to these p.rsents
       their Heires and Assignes for Ever and they
       the said partys being now fully minded And
       agreed that the said premises shalbe equally
       Devided and that a Just partition thereof may
       be made between them soe as that Each of
       them the said Richard Hill Joseph Hill and
       Henry Hill may have in certainty and severallty
       his owne part and portion and Disposure
       thereof as to them or Either of them shall seem
       most meet and Convenyent and they the said
       Richard Hill Joseph Hill and Henry Hill by
       and with unanimous and mutuall assent &
       agreem.t have amongst themselves mad full and
       perfect Devision seperation and partition
       of all and singuler the Lands and Tenem.ts
       aforesd with theire and Every of theire
       appurtences save Only the Last Tract
