       are hereunto subscribed his maj.ts Justices of
       the peace for prince Georges County the
       third Day of Jan.ry one thousand seaven
       hundred acknowledged by the within named
       Rob.t Tyler to be his act and Deed and to be
       the within named Lewis Duvall his heires
       and assignes for Ever and the same Day
       and time Susannah Tyler the wife of the
       said Rob.t Tyler being secretly Examined
       out of the heareing of her sd husband Did
       freely and volluntaryly Confess that she Did
       Give up all and singuler the right title
       Claime and Dem.d whatsoever of and
       in the said Land pmises within menconed
       without any threats or feare of Displeasure
       of her sd husband In Testimony whereof
       wee have hereunto sett subscribed our
