       or assureances in the Law w.tsoever
       for the further and sureing and
       suremakeing the before bargained
       pmises unto the said Lewis Duvall his
       heires or assignes as by the sd Lewis
       Duvall his heires or assignes or his
       or their Councell Lerned in the Law
       shalbe resonable Devised advised &
       required according to the true intent
       and meaneing of these psents and
       to noe other use intent or ppose w.tsoever
       but the only use and behoofe of the
