       Confirme unto the said Lewis Duvall
       his heires and assignes for Ever all
       that peice pcell or tract of Land Called
       Marthas Choice being part of a
       tract of Land Called Darnalls Grove
       Lyeing in prince Georges County
       begining at the first bounded tree
       of a parcell of Land Laid out
       for Coll Henry Ridgely thence runing
       north fower hundred ps to a bounded
       hickory of the said Henry Ridgelys
       thence west one hundred ps to a
       bounded Chestnutt thence south four
       hundred ps to a marked oake standing
       in the Line of a pell of Land Laid
       out for Samuell Duvall thence East
       one hundred and twenty ps to the first
       bounded tree Contaneing and now
       Laid out for three hundred acres be
       it more or Less togather with all
       trees timber trees woods under woods
       fruite trees ^Dwelling^ houses out houses tob
       houses barnes stables Edefices buildings
       orchards Gardens water and water
       Courses ways passages Lights
       Easem.ts profitts benefitts and priveledges
       advantages rights Comoditys and
       appurtenances whatsoever thereunto
