       This Indenture made the third Day
           of Jan.ry anno Dm 1700 and in the twelfth
       yeare of the reigne of our sovereigne Lord
       king william of England Scotland france
       and Ireland Defend.r of the fayth &c
       Between Rob.t Tyler of prince Georges
       County in the province of maryland Gentel
       of the one part and Lewis Duvall of the
       County of Ann Arundell in the said province
       planter of the other part Witnesseth that
       the sid Rob.t Tyler for and in Consideracon
       of the sume of one hundred and twenty pounds
       of Good and Lawfull Money of England to him
       in hand payd or secured to be payd at and before
       the ensealeing and Deliverry of these psents
       by the said Lewis Duvall the receipt w.rof
       he the said Rob.t Tyler Doth hereby
       acknowledg and him therewith to be fully
       sattisfyed Contented and paid and thereof
       and of Every part and pcell thereof he the
       said Rob.t Tyler his heires Ex.rs & adm.rs the
       said Lewis Duvall his heires Execut.rs adm.rs
       & assignes Doth hereby acquitt Exonerate
       and Discharge for Ever by these psents
       hath Given Granted bargained alliened
       bargained sold Enfeofed and Confirmed &
       by these psents Doth for himselfe and his
       heires fully Clearely and absolutely Give Grant
       allien bargaine sell Enfeoffe and Confirme
