27 Know att men by these p.rsents that I Camalia Body of Stepney in the County of Medlesex widow & Relict of John Body Deceased By vertue of a Letter of Att.ry and Deed of Gift from my son John Body Bearing date the Nine and Twentieth day of November in the second yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord & Lady William & Mary King and Queen of England &c Anno Dom 1690 Have Made ordained Constituted & appointed And by these p.rsents doe Make ordaine Constitute and appoint Cap.t Nicholas Smith of Stepney afsd in the County of Midlesex afsd Marriner My True & Lawfull Att.ry & Agent for me and in My Name & for the use of my sd son John Body or any other Clayming under him & for the Use & Uses of my self my Exec.rs & Adm.rs To sell alien and Dispose of all and singular the Lands plantacons & p.rmisses belonging to my sd Late husband John Body or my said son John Body in Maryland or any other part of America and Every part and parcell thereof with all power to receive the purchase Money or Efforts for the same & upon sale thereof To give & Make such writeing Releases & Acts for the sd p.rmisses purchase Money or Effects thereof as to him shall Seeme Meett and I doe hereby Covenant to Ratifie Confirme & allowe all & whatsoever my sd att.ry shall Lawfully doe or Cause to be done in & about the said p.rmisses as fully & as absolutly to all Intents & purposses as if I my selfe were personally p.rsent In Witness whereof I the sd Camelia Body have hereunto sett my hand and seale at London the thirtieth day of August in the Eleaventh yeare of the reigne of our soveraigne Lord William the Third King of England &c Annoq Dom 1699 |
