(166) And Lastly the sd Tho.s Browne Doth hereby for himselfe and his heires Covenant promise Grant and agree to and w.th y.e sd John Gadsby and his heires that he the sd Thomas at the time of the Ensealeing and Delivery of these Psents is seized of and in the sd tract of land and pmises of a Good firme right full & undefeasable Estate of inherritance in Fee Simple and that he the said Tho.s and his heires shall and will at all times hereafter warrant and Defend the same unto him the said Gadsby and his heires and assignes ag.t all maner of persons Claimes or intanglem.ts whatsoever whether the same be by the said Lands runing into more ancient surveys or any other Defect want of measure or incumberance whatsoever in Witness whereof he the said Tho.s Browne hath hereunto sett to his hand & affixed his seale y.e Day & yeare first above written Sealed and Del.d by the Tho.s Browne (seal) within named tho.s Browne in the psence of on the back of the Cha Carroll foregoeing Deed was Tho.s Bland thus Endorsed viz.t may the 4.th 1699 Then recd of the within named John Gadsby the sume of two pounds sterl being for y.e five Due to y.e R.t Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry upon the allienacon of the land w.thin menconed as witness my hand Cha Carroll |
