167 Memorand.m that the Date of this was orriginally according to the Date of the above receipt but alliened by Consent of the provinciall Co.rt and parties to bring it w.thin the act of Assembly W Taylard Memorand.m this Day to witt the Tenth Day of October in the twelfth yeare of his maj.ts reigne &c anno Dom 1700 Came into the provinc.ll Court the within named Tho.s Browne and Kath his wife and y.e said Kath being secretly Examined according to law they Did acknowledge the Land and pmises w.thin menconed to they within named John Gadsby to be his right as of their Guift according to act of assembly in that Case made and provided Taken and acknowledged in Co.rt W Taylard Clk 10½ Maryland fs November the 27.th 1700 Whereas a Certaine Nich.o milbourne of Talbot County Inloder by Rob.t Gouldsbrough his atto.ry at a prov.ll Court of this province before Richard Hill Esq.r and his assotiates Justices of the said Co.rt prosecuted an accon upon the Case ag.t Clem.t Sales and others Com.rs of the Towne and port of W.mstadt for their intire assumcon and promise to pay |
