       Dom 1700  Came into the provinc.ll
       Court the within named Tho.s Browne
       and Kath his wife and y.e said Kath being
       secretly Examined according to law they
       Did acknowledge the Land and pmises
       w.thin menconed to they within named
       John Gadsby to be his right as of
       their Guift according to act of assembly
       in that Case made and provided
