153 of a branch in the said Creek Called hinsons haven Begining at a marked white Oake standing by a marsh being the Southerly bounded Tree of a tract of Land formerly taken up by henry Parker runing from the said Oak by a line Drawne South and by East up along the Creek for breadth one hundred and Tenn P.s to a marked white oake standing on the southward side of a Great marsh from the said oake by a line Drawne East and by south for length three hundred and twenty P.s by a lyne Drawne from the End of the East and by South line and runing north and by one hundred and tenn perches by a line Drawne from the End of the north and by west line and runing west and by north three hundred and Twenty p.rs unto the first bounded Oake Contaneing and now laid out for Two hundred and Twenty acres more or less (the aforesaid tract or parcle of land being Conveyed over by morgan Jones unto him the said John slye as may appeare by an assignem.t of the sd morgan Jones unto him the s.d John Slye which is annexed to the s.d patent togather with all rights proffitts and benefitts thereunto belonging To have & To hold the s.d parcle or tract of Land togather w.th all the houses out houses building barnes stables Tob houses Orchards Gardens |
