152 Scotland france and Ireland King Defend.r of the fayth &c.a and in the yeare of our Lord God seaventeen hundred Between John Slye of S.t Marys County Gent of the one part and Thomas Taylor of Talbot County planter of the other part witnesseth that the said John Slye as well for and in Consideracon of the full and Just sume of five Thousand pounds of Tob to him in hand paid and secured to be paid by the said Tho Taylor at and before the Ensealeing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Jn.o slye Doth hereby acknowledge and himselfe to be therewith fully sattisfied and payd and thereof and Every part and parcle thereof Doth for himselfe his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs fully clearely and absolutely acquitt Exonerate and Discharge him the said Tho Taylor his heires Execut.rs and adm.rs for Ever by these Psents as allsoe for Divers other good and valluable Consideracons him thereunto moveing have Given Granted alliened bargained sold and Confirmed and by these psents Doth Clearely and absolutely Give Grant allien bargaine Sell and Confirme unto the said Thomas Taylor his heires and assignes for Ever all that parcle or tract of Land Called Denbey lying on the Eastern side of Chesepeick bay and in a creek in the said bay Called Swan Creek in the County of Talbot and on the East side of |
