       thereof and all wayes Easments profitts comodities
       Emolum.ts and appurtenances whatsoever to
       the said Tract of Land belonging or in any
       wayes appertaineing and all the revercon
       and revercons remainders and remainders Estate right
       title or Intrest of the s.d John Slye of and in the afores.d
       p.rmises and of and from Every part thereof with
       all and Every their Incidents and all Evidences
       writeings Deeds pattents and minuments of or Concerning
       the aforesaid Tract of Land to him the s.d
       Thomas Taylor his heires and assignes for Ever
       more and to noe Other intent and purpose whatsoever
       and the said John Slye for himselfe his
       heires Execut.rs and adm.rs Doth Coven and promise
       and Grant to and with the said Tho Taylor his heires
       and assignes by these Psents that he the said John
       Slye at the time of the Ensealeing and Delivery
       of these Psents hath in himselfe a Good right
       firme and sure title and Estate of inheritance of and
       in the afores.d bargained or hereby meant or intended
       to be bargained p.rmises and of and in Every part
       and parcle thereof and that he hath in himselfe
       a Good right full power and lawfull authority
       to Give Grant bargaine alliene and Confirme
       the afores.d pte or tract of Land unto the
       said Tho Taylor his heires and assignes
