       Tennants Farmers and Occupiers of any Lands Tenements
       or other heriditaments in the said province of Maryland
       by vertue of any pattent grant demise or otherwise now
       held or to be held of the said Charles Lord Baltemore and
       all the said fines forfeitures and alienacons due and payable
       or that shalbe due and payable by vertue of any pattent
       or grant now held or to be held of the said Charles Lord
       Baltemore in the said province of Maryland and all the Estate
       & Estates right Title and intrest claime and demand w.tsoever
       of them in the said Edw.d Somersett and Charles Lord Baltemore
       or either of them of in and to the same and Every parte thereof
       (Except all such Mannors and plantacons in the said province
       of Maryland now in the said actuall possession of the sd
       Charles Lord Baltemore his serv.ts or undertennants and not
       Granted to y.e said tennants by the said Charles Lord Baltimore
       his great seale used in that pvince To have and
       to hold receive pceive and take the said rents sume and sums
       of money Issues and proffitts fines forfeitures and alienacons
       and all other the p.rmises hereby granted or intended to be granted
       with there and every of there appurtenances (Except before
       Excepted) unto the sd Rich.d Bennett and James Heath there
       Ex.rs admstrato.rs and Assignes from the first day of August last
       past before the date of these p.rsents for and dureing and unto
       the full end and terme of Eight yeares from thence next ensueing
       fully to be Compleat and Ended if the said Charles Lord
       Baltemore shall soe long live  But if it shall please God the
       sd Charles Lord Baltemore shall happen to dye before y.e
       Expiracon of y.e sd terme of Eight yeares that then y.e said
       Richard Bennett and James Heath there Ex.rs and Adm.rs
       shall have and hold all and every the pmises one whole
       Yeare next after y.e death of the sd Charles Lord Baltimo.r
       provided the same exceed not y.e said terme of Eight
       Yeares Yeilding and paying therefore [illegible] dureing
       the termes afd unto the said Edw.d Sommersett his Ex.rs &
       Adm.rs or Assignes the yearly rent or sume of Five hund.d
       pounds of Lawfull money of England at y.e Guild hall in
       the Citty of London in the Kingdom of England the same
       to be pd on the first day of Aug.t Yearly dureing the continueance
