       and Agreements the said Edw.d Somersett that the said
       Edward Somersett his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes his or theire
       attorney or attorneys should have hold enjoy take collect
       and receive y.e sd rents Issues and proffitts fines forfeitures
       and alienacons and all Arrearages of them or any
       of them of and from the respective pson and psons from
       whom the same were payable and to be paid to and for their
       sole use benefitt and behoofe of the said Edward Sommersett
       his Ex.rs and Assignes for and dureing the said Terme of
       Tenn yeares  And whereas the said ^principall^ sume of Fower thousand
       and two hundred pounds is still due and Oweing
       unto the said Edward Somersett by and from the said
       Charles Lord Baltemore and noe parte thereof hath been
       Yett Received by the said Edward Somersett or his Agents
       from or out of the said province of Maryland by virtue
       of the said recited Indenture of Grant or any of the pow.r
       or authoritys therein mencond or otherwis howsoever
       Now this Indenture Wittnesseth that
       for and in Consideracons of the yearly rents and Coven.ts
       hereafter reserved and menconed w.ch on the parte and
       behalfe of the said Rich.d Bennett and James Heath their
       Ex.rs and Adm.rs are to be paid and pformed and for other
       good Consideracons him the said Edw.d Somersett hereunto
       moveing he the said Edward Somersett by and with the Consent
       and approbacon of the said Charles Lord Baltemore
       testifyed by his signeing and sealing of these p.rsents is as
       afd hath Granted sold and demised  And by these
       p.rsents Doth granted Bargained Soll and demised unto
       the said Richard Bennett and James Heath there Ex.rs
       Adm.rs and Assignes the said yearly and other rent and
       Rents Sume and Sumes of money Issues and proffitts
       due and Payable and as by vertue of an Act of Assembly
       of that Province they are now due and payable
       w.ch shall grow due and payable from the respective
