144 and by the said Rich.d Benton Devised and bequeathed unto the said W.m Aisquith his heires and assignes for Ever as by the last will and Testament of the said Richard benton remaining upon record in the prorogative Court of this pvince may more fully and at Large appeare To have and to hold the aforesaid tract or parcle of Land & premises with their appurtenances aforesaid unto him the said Tho Blackwell his heires and assignes for Ever to the only proper use and behoofe of him y.e said Tho Blackwell his heires and assignes for Ever more and to noe other use intent and purpose whatsoever and the said w.m aisquith for himselfe his heires Executors and adm.rs Doth hereby Covenant promise and Grant to and w.th the said Thomas Blackwell his heires and assignes that he the said w.m aisquith at y.e time of y.e insealeing and Delivery of these presents hath in himselfe Good right full power and Lawfull authority to Give Grant bargaine sell Enfeofe and confirme the afores.d Land and p.rses unto the said Tho Blackwell his heires and assignes for Ever And that the afd Land and pmises at the time of the Ensealeing and Delivery hereof is free and Cleare of and from all and Every former and other Grants bargaines sales mortages and all other incumbrances whatsoever and that this psent Grant and seale of the said Land and pmises to him the said Tho Blackwell his heires and asignes for Ever shall and will warrant and Defend of and |
