       of and from all ^& all^ manner of persons whatsoever
       Clameing any right title or intrest thereunto by
       from or under him the said w.m aisquith his heires
       or assignes or by from or under him them or
       Either of them and lastly the said w.m aisquith
       Doth Covenant Pmise Grant and agree for
       himselfe his heires Executors and adm.rs to and
       w.th the said Thomas blackwell his heires and
       assignes that He the said w.m aisquith his heires
       Executors and adm.rs shall and will from time to
       time and at all times hereafter at y.e reasonable
       request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of
       the said Thomas Blackwell his heires and
       assignes shall and will make such further and
       other Grants and assureance for the sure making
       and confirmeing the af.d Land and P.rmises
       unto the said Tho Blackwell his heires and
       Assignes for Ever according to the true intent
       and meaneing hereof as he shall by his Councell
       Lerned in the Law shalbe reasonable Devised
       advised or required in witness whereof the ptyes
       first above named have hereunto interchangably
       sett their hands and seales y.e Day and yeare first
