       assureance or assureances hereafter to be
       had and made as afd of y.e s.d Land and
       premisses before hereby bargained & sold
       and every part & pcell thereof shall be
       & Enure & it is hereby declared y.e same
       shall be adjudged deemed and taken to be
       & enure to y.e onely pp use & behoofe of
       y.e s.d Tho.s Tench his heirs & assis forever &
       to & for none other use intent or purpose
       with w.tsoever  In Wittness whereof the
       partys first above named have told these
       present Indentured interchangeably sett
       their hands and seales y.e day & yeare first
       above Written In y.e yeare of our Lord God one
       thousand seven hundred and five
