1059 Whereof the said WIlliam Collings Doth hereby acknowledge and himselfe therew.th fully sattisfied Contented and paid have bargained and sold unto the said Joshua Cecell his heires and assis forever all y.e Remaining part of a tract or pcell of Land Called Twinder Cont.a by originall survey foure hund.d and forty a Lying now in prince Georges Co.ty in y.e province of Maryland afd near Mattapony Landing and y.e Land of Tho Brooke Esq w.ch was not formerly sould by my Grandfather George Collings unto one W.m Selby William Rought and Joseph Harryson to have and to hold all y.e Remaineing part of the afd pcell of Land not formerly sould by my Grandfather afd unto him the said Joshua Cecell his heires and assis forever together with all houses buildings yards Gardens orchards Easem.ts woods fences underwoods & other the appurtenances unto & upon the said Remaining part of Land & premises belonging and appertaineing with all Deeds Evidences Estcripts & Minuem.ts unto y.e s.d Remaineing part of Land belonging and appurtaineing and the said W.m Collings for himselfe his heir's Ex.rs ad.rs and assis and Every of them Doe by these presents Covenant & agree to & with the said Joshua Cecell his heires and assis y.t he y.e s.d Joshua Cecell his heires and assis shall for (ever) |
