       and made oath on the holy Evangelist
       that he saw the within Instrum.t
       Executed according to Law and likewise
       Tho Greenfeild & Seith Biggs Esq being
       present in Court acknowledged to be their
       Deed and orderd by the Court that the
       within Instrum.t be recorded with the
       probat and acknowledgm.t afd

       of June annoq Dni 1706 Between W.m
       Collings of Stafford County in the Collony of
       Virginia planter of y.e one part and Joshua
       Cecell of prince Georges County in the
       province of Maryland of y.e other part
       Wittnesseth that the s.d William Collings
       for & in consideration of the sume of two
       thousand pounds of tob.o in hand paid or
       secured to be paid by the said Joshua
       Ceceill to y.e s.d W.m Collings before the
       Ensealing & Delivery hereof the rec.t
