       Date the third Day of august 1666 and
       the originall Certificate of Brookes
       ptition beares date the sixth day of aug.t
       1666 so that S.t James's appeares to be the
       Elder survey and further as to the Courses
       and Distances menconed in y.e s.d originall
       Certificate of S.t James's Wee Doe adjudge &
       award y.t y.e said Land be laid out and surveyed
       according to the words therein mencon'd
       proveing the bounds according to Law
       otherwise to stop at y.e end of y.e Number of
       perches menconed in the afd originall Cert
       and further it is also Decreed that Each
       pson shall beare his owne Charges &c  This
       We Declare to be our Finall award & arbitration
       in the matter afd and in Testimony
       thereof have hereunto sett our hands and
       seales this tenth day of october in y.e yeare
       of our Lord 1702 in the first yeare of the
       Reigne of our Sovn Lady Anne Queen
       of England &c.a
