       Whereas Coll.o William Holland of
       Annarundell County Esq and Cap.t Ric.d
       Smith of Calv.t County Have bound themselves
       Each to other in the penalty of six
       hundred pounds ster under their hands and
       seales as appears by their obligacons Dated
       the ninth day of octob.r 1702 To stand to obey
       abide pforme fullfill accomplish and keep
       the award order arbitrament finall End
       and Determinacon of us under written of
       or Concerning what suites or Controversies
       are now Depending Between the said
       Parties and wee being willing to take
       the burthen upon us and haveing to the
       best of our skill and Judgm.t Inspected the
       Records and originall Certificates relateing
       to those Lands in Dispute between them
       Doe give our opinion and adjudge the
       originall Certificates to be most true and
       just in requard wee find some obliterations
       in the Record  And further doe say that
       the originall Certificate of S.t James's beares
